White Rail Ranch is located in Porterville, California it is owned and operated by Chuck and Judy Kaye. We raise champion quality Percentage, and Fullblood Boer goats and project wethers. We began raising meat goats in 1997 to supply the commercial meat industry with a quality product.  Over time we have become more involved in the industry and our goals have evolved. Our first priority in raising goats is now promoting the industry by breeding superior show stock, while still producing a quality meat goat.  We breed, raise and show competitive breeding stock and project wethers.  We began purchasing registered show goats in 2000. Since 2001 goats of our breeding have won at every major show in California, Arizona, Nevada and Oregon.
